Grounded embodiment is the practice of returning home to yourself; reconnecting with the innate intelligence that has always existed within your own body.
This experience focuses on regulating the nervous system through the breath, helping to restore the sense of safety, stability, and vitality within yourself.

Allocated time to rest and be immersed in the sounds and vibrations, assisting the body to deeply relax and recalibrate.
