guided breathwork

1:1 Online Sessions

Guided Breathwork is a conscious breathing practice designed to connect you more deeply to your body, emotions, and inner awareness. The breath is used as a bridge between the mind and body, allowing stored tension, stress, and emotions to safely rise to the surface before it is released. It is particularly effective in supporting areas of the body associated with emotional holding, such as the chest, diaphragm, abdomen and pelvis.

How it works

Sessions are delivered via an online video platform such as Google Meet or WhatsApp. During your session, you will be guided through specific breathing techniques tailored to your experience, capacity, and intention. The breathwork may be gentle and restorative or more active, depending on what is most supportive for you. Throughout the session, you are guided with clear cues, grounding support, and space for reflection and integration.
